Charming and newly renovated apartments for sale

We are two friends, who have bought a very attractive house with five apartments in Cassenuille in Southern France. The apartments have been fully renovated. We wish to sell four of the apartments.

One of the apartments is particularly suitable for more owners and is sold in parts. See apartment 4 below.

The house is located in the old part of the unique and charming village of Casseneuille in the department Lot-et-Garonne (after the rivers Lot and Garonne). The old part of the village is carefully renovated and is surrounded by a smal tributary on 3 sides, which gives an atmosphere of it's own.

Casseneuille is set in a beautiful countryside with pleasant climate, rivers and lots of cultural and other activities.
The village have it's own characteristics and specialities – wine, plums, honey, fois gras and ducks. The area is known as the pantry of France.

The house is about 200 years and old picturesque villagehouse with half-timbering. The house is placed next to a little cosy, green park directly to the river. The house is in three levels with 2 apartments on ground floor, 2 on first floor and 1 on second floor.

Do you lik wine? The area has many different and exciting wines. You'll find the world famous
Bordeaux wines 35-45 km to the west, and the special Cahors wine to the east.
